CONCLUSION

The physicians must utilize standard of care guidelines and protocols, yet individualize treatment plans. Without good care of the patients referring physicians will no longer refer. The best healthcare business plan in the world, with the best CEO in healthcare integrating practice management technology, office management, finance, personnel, and patient satisfaction will fail without compassionate, quality physicians. These solutions though have provided a foundation for our physicians to bring multispecialty neuroscience care close to the home of our patients, referring physicians, and allowed for the provision of specialty care to the poor and rural Appalachia.
