Directions

DIRECTIONS:

1.  LEXINGTON OFFICE:  1721Nicholasville Rd:  across from Central Baptist Hospital

     From I-75-  Take Exit 104 (Richmond Rd).  Go to Man O War Blvd, take a LEFT.  Go to Nicholasville Rd and take a RIGHT. Follow Nicholasville Rd for about 3-4 miles until you see Central Baptist hospital on your right.  Our office will be across the street on the LEFT. Look for the two BLUE signs outside the building. 

     One Building is:  Spine and Brain Neurosurgical Center

     Second Building is:  Open Stand UP MRI 1713 Nicholasville Rd

2.  LONDON OFFICE:  189 West HWY 192:  by McDonalds/Dairy Queen

     From I-75-  Take Exit 38 and go toward downtown London off the exit ramp.  Go 2-3 miles and the office will be on your right just before McDonalds/Dairy Queen.  The office is at the intersection of HWY 25.

     From HWY 80 in Manchester- Go to HWY 192.  Go 1-2 miles and you will cross HWY 25 and see McDonalds/Dairy Queen on the left.  Go to the next driveway after you cross HWY 25 and turn left.  Take your first right and our office is at the top of the hill.

3.  PIKEVILLE OFFICE:  7160 North Mayo Trail:  down the street from Deskins Motors

     From Prestonsburg- Go right on HWY 23, the office is at the 32 MILE marker on the top of the hill on your left

     From DOWNTOWN Pikeville- The office is at the #1 MILE marker on HWY 23 on top of the hill on your right

4.  HAZARD OFFICE:  524  East Main Street:  past Pizza Hut and ¼ of a mile on the left

     From KY 15 HWY 80- Continue on KY 15 onto the North Business sector, turn RIGHT on  North Main Street.  Then bear right on Main Street and go .8 miles, office is on the LEFT

5.  FLORENCE OFFICE:  5001 Houston Rd:  in BABIES R US/SAMS parking lot

     From I-75-  Take the Turfway Park Exit 82.  If coming from LEXINGTON take a left at the end of the ramp, if coming from CINCINNATI take a RIGHT at the end of the ramp.  Go to Houston Rd and turn LEFT.  The office is on the RIGHT in front of Babies RUS
